i genuinely don't know y more people aren't making their eggs this way i use to make eggs every single day when i didn't know how to cook anything else and i'm confident i know how to cook eggs in EVERYWAY humanly possible but i swear to god this is the only method of cooking that im never tired of eating (maybe cause the texture tricks my brain thinking its not eggs) i promise u this is the bomb. i'm literally eating a bowl right now with some rice (for lunch) as im about to post this lmao #egg
