SLOW ROAST BEEF AND GRAVY…. So many asked for this recipe so here it is. You can use any roasting joint…I used brisket but silverside etc would work too. The roasting temperature is 160 degrees fan and you need to roast for at least 3 hours basting the meet every hour. It’s delicious, either with Yorkshire puddings and all the trimmings or in a hot beef sandwich with home made chips!!!
