WESTBY, Wis. ― The only cottage cheese manufacturer in Wisconsin has found a "whey" to become more resourceful in its cottage cheese making process, while helping save its business at the same time.

DMV International, the industrial ingredients division of dairy company Campina, is putting 57m euros (US$74.4m) into its whey processing and food ingredient facilities in Veghel, in the Netherlands.
