Pictures: NASA rolls Artemis II rocket back to KSC launch pad
NASA had to wait out high winds, but was able to begin the return trip of the Artemis II rocket to Kennedy Space Center’s Launch Pad 39-B early Friday. The Space Launch System rocket, Orion spacecraft and Mobile Launcher 1 were hauled out of the Vehicle Assembly Building at 12:20 a.m. after waiting out wind gusts of 40 mph for more than four hours.
